DONATED- Santa Rosa City Mayor Arlene Arcillas received the medical equipment to City Health Office II (CHO2) was formally conducted on February 6, 2025. "MEDICAL EQUIPMENT DONATED TO CITY HEALTH OFFICE II IN SANTA ROSA CITY LAGUNA"

 SANTA ROSA CITY LAGUNA- A turnover of medical equipment to City Health Office II (CHO2) was formally conducted on February 6, 2025. The donation came from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, led by Humanitarian Missionaries Sister Kathy Wharton and Elder Don Wharton.
 
Present at the ceremony were Mayor Arlene B. Arcillas, Vice Mayor Arnold B. Arcillas, and CHO2 Head Dr. Erwin Escal, who accepted the equipment that will be used to improve health services in the city.
 
Among the donations received by CHO2 were BP Apparatuses, an Infant Weighing Scale, a Portable Electric Suction Machine, a Stethoscope, a Portable Ultrasound and UPS Printer, a Doppler Ultrasound, a Trolley, as well as office equipment such as a Laptop, a Printer, and a Refrigerator.
 
According to Mayor Arlene, this equipment will be a great help in strengthening medical services in the city, especially in providing more efficient patient care.
 
"We thank The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for their unwavering support of our community. This equipment will certainly help our health workers to deliver medical services to our constituents more quickly and efficiently," she said.
 
The local government continues to promote the improvement of facilities and equipment in health centers to enhance the quality of health services in Santa Rosa. (Roy Tomandao)
