Camp BGen Pantaleon Garcia, City of Imus, Cavite — Through the intelligence-driven operation of Personnel of Dasmariñas Component City Police Station Warrant Section, Rank no. 2 Most Wanted Person – City Level Nabbed in Barangay Sampaloc 4, City of Dasmarinas, Cavite, on February 21, 2024.
The Officer In Charge of Dasmariñas Component City Police Station, PLTCOL JULIUS BAYBADO BALANO, identified the suspect as alias "Roel" a resident ofSitio Talisay, Barangay Sampaloc 4, City of Dasmarinas, Cavite, wanted for the Violation of Section 11 of RA 9165.
After close monitoring and surveillance, alias "Roel" was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the Violation of Section 11 of RA 9165 with Criminal Case Number DC-8047-19 issued by Regional Trial Court, Fourth Judicial Region, Branch 128, Dasmariñas City, Cavite with Php200,000.00 bail Recommended.
The suspect is now under the custody of Dasmariñas Component City Police Station for documentation and proper disposition.
Cavite Police Provincial Office remains committed to hunting down people with an existing warrant of arrest to make sure that they will face the charges filed against them in court.
