Senator Bong Revilla Distributes AICS in Maragondon on Mayor Arca’s Birthday

MARAGONDON, Cavite (June 28, 2024) — Senator Ramon "Bong" Revilla, Jr. recently spearheaded the distribution of Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) in Maragondon, Cavite, coinciding with the birthday celebration of Mayor Lawrence "Umbe" Arca today. The event drew gratitude from the local community, as both Senator Revilla and Mayor Arca chose to give rather than receive gifts on this special occasion.
AICS, a key social welfare service provided by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), offers medical assistance to individuals facing crisis situations. The initiative benefited a total of 1,858 senior citizens, 550 graduating Grade 12 students, 244 persons with disabilities (PWDs), and 348 members of the Tricycle Operators and Drivers' Association (TODA) in Maragondon, Cavite.
The financial aid extended to the residents of Cavite is part of Senator Bong Revilla's commitment to supporting constituents not only in Cavite but across the entire Philippines. The distribution of aid in Maragondon was particularly significant, aligning with the town's Mayor Arca's birthday celebration.
