CAMP VICENTE LIM --The Office of the Regional Intelligence Division, led by PLTCOL VICENTE CABATINGAN, OIC,RID 4A, presided over the 1st Quarter Regional Police
Intelligence Committee (RPIC) Conference on February 16, 2024 at Yellow Hall, Gems Hotel and Conference Center, Circumferential Road, Brgy. Dalig, Antipolo City.
OIC , RID expressed his gratitude to all Provincial Intelligence Units that, for five consecutive months (September, October, November, December 2023 and January 2024), RID ranked No. 1 with an average /perfect score of 167 (100%) in the Directorate for Intelligence unit performance evaluation rating (UPER).
The activity was highlighted by the awarding of Provincial Intelligence Units for their exemplary performance and significant accomplishments in their respective units.
The awardees in the 1st Quarter Regional Police Intelligence Committee (RPIC) Conference for the 4th Quarter CY 2023 were the following:
1. PIU Laguna PPO, awarded for being the top one for the unit performance evaluation rating (UPER) with an average score of 163.18;
2. PIU, Batangas PPO, for being the top two for the unit performance evaluation.
Rating (UPER) with an average score of 162.73;
3 . PIU, Quezon PPO, for being the top 3 for the unit performance evaluation.
Rating (UPER) with an average score of 161.85;
4. PIU Rizal PPO was recognized for contributing the greatest number of recommended deletions of arrested (convicted) illegal drug personalities during the recently conducted Regional Sub-Committee Validation and Adjudication of Watchlisted Illegal Drug Personalities (RSC-VAWIDP); and
5. PIU, Cavite PPO, for contributing the greatest number of accomplishments in High Value Individual and Street Level Individual for the month of January 2024.
