Camp BGen Vicente P Lim – Police General Rommel Francisco D Marbil, the Chief of the Philippine National Police addressed the men and women of the Police Regional Office CALABARZON during his Command Visit held today, July 18, 2024 at this camp.
During the Top cop’s visit, General Marbil lauded the “Serbisyong BAYANIHAN Caravan para sa Kapulisan at Kapamilya ng PRO 4A” anchored in his “Damayang may Malasakit sa Kapulisan” program aimed at boosting the morale and welfare of PNP personnel and their dependents.
“I commend the entire management of the Police Regional Office CALABARZON through the hard working Regional Director, PBGEN Paul Kenneth T Lucas for extending the various government services and assistance to its personnel and their dependents. Sa pangunguna ni Genral Lucas katuwang ang ating mga stakeholders ay naibibigay na natin sa ating personnel ang mga basic na panganagilangan tulad ng healthcard, libreng wheelchair at winowork out pa natin ang free legal assistance, dahil isa lang ang gusto ko para sa PNP, ang ligtas tayo,” he said.
The BAYANIHAN Caravan benefited more than 1,000 participants with funding amounting to almost 1 million pesos who availed various government services such as the processing of the License To Own and Possess Firearms (LTOPF), Scholarship Claims and Other Benefits, National Police Clearance, Medical and Dental services, Sports Clinic, Legal Consultation, First Communion, Renewal and Application of Driver’s License, Livelihood Trainings, services from the Philippine Statistics Authority, Entertainment program for PRO 4A dependents, Distribution of food and non-food items and DOST Scholarship.
“Charity begins at home. We must give the best to our personnel for them to give their best in performing their duties,” he added.
Meanwhile, PBGEN Paul Kenneth T Lucas, Director for CALABARZON police thanked the participating agencies who provided the said services to the members of PNP CALABARZON and their dependents such as Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), Land Transportation Office (LTO), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Anti-Narcotics International Assistance Group, Japan Tobacco International Philippines, San Miguel Corporation, and Bounty Agro Ventures Inc (Chooks to Go), and Rotary Club of Camp Crame, and the Regional Advisory Group for Police Transformation Development 4A.
